Collaborative effort yields 90% reduction in back office work to generate reports
Working closely with the client, Think Design produced a responsive web app that can be used in the office to set up inspections, and in the field on a mobile phone to record samples, their locations which are then plotted on a floor plan in the report.
Once the inspector is finished, and the results are back from the lab, the back of his staff only need to enter the lab findings and produce a PDF or Word Doc ready for submission to the city or state agency.
